You definitely have earned my respect even further with your ability to be able to capture realism better than I could. Although is the left cheek supposed to be darker? Or was that just ‘artistic smudging’? =P
I was intending to have the half of the face darker, though I do think my faulty shading capabilities failed me. Also, I do think, the line near the cheek even emphasizes the darkness of that part. Haha. I should practice my shading more…
