Charlotte
Charlotte Mae S. Efren is a 21 year old girl currently residing in the Philippines. She is a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology graduate. She is currently a web designer at an international company (confidential), and she looks at web designing seriously as a career path.
She likes to draw, ever since her childhood. She started out drawing after becoming a fan of anime (japanese animation) and manga(comics). She even has her own little manga, though unfinished, still being kept for years now.
She loves the computer. She has been around the web since her early high school years, roughly at 13 years old. She started out making websites with her favorite anime series until she opened a graphic site offering free graphics, designs and wallpapers hosted on free servers. Currently, she already owns a domain for her design site (ChanLu.Org) co-owned with her boyfriend – Rogelio. ChanLu Design is a website showcasing her and Rogelio’s works such as web designs and wallpapers.

Programming is also one Charlotte’s interests, since her first year in college when she encountered programming for the first time. It became one of her hobbies and past time. She coded together with Rogelio the mini applications used in ChanLu Design. She considers Rogelio as a rival in both programming and designing, since they both indulge in the same interests.
Besides holding the pen and mouse, she also have a fancy on rackets, she engages in badminton. She started on May 2008, currently improving.
